Quiet, friendly family nth Brisbane

We are a family of 5 with 2 dogs and a cat. Lovely leafy suburb in north Brisbane. 3 teenagers, all friendly and into their sports. I am a TAFE teacher and husband is a builder. We enjoy meeting overseas people and having our lives enriched with visitors. Room is very comfortable with queen size bed, desk, ceiling fan built in wardrobe. Lovely modern 2 storey home with pool and next door to a park. Home is 5 minute walk to bus stop to city about 30 minutes away. Many local conveniences, shops, tavern, parks, swim centre all within easy walk. Meals can be included, all linen provided Room(s): 1. Single Room (Rear upstairs bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room upstairs facing north. Very bright and airy Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Must be quiet within reason as 3 high school students studying. Welcome to use kitchen as long as clean up after self. Welcome to join in cooking and socialising. No smoking, social drinking OK. Please do not invite strangers into our home, but a friend is OK with prior arrangements made with me.
