Fun, Outgoing family close to city

I live in the suburb of Richlands in a quiet culdesac, 12 kms from Brisbane City. Our family consists of my husband, 21 year old son and 9 month blue staffy dog who is very safe, loyal and very much apart of our family. You will have your own bathroom and toilet if you are the only guest. I have 2 rooms so if one room is vacant you will have bathroom to yourself otherwise shared with other guest. Lovely sized bedroom with a queen size bed. If you so wish we would like to include you as part of our family in everything we do. That will be your choice. We also have WIFI internet available. No smoking or vapers. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Spare Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Small sunny room with queen size bed. Capacity: 2 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (2nd Spare Room) with Shared bathroom You will share a bathroom if my other spare bedroom is occupied with a guest. You are most welcome to use kitchen facilities. The bed is a queen size. Capacity: 2 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Most welcome to help yourself in the kitchen, clean up after yourself. Be responsible for keeping your room clean. Keep the noise down at night during the week as we start work early in the morning.
