The house boasts a large deck with a tropical garden, kitchen/ dining room, 2 bedrooms and is an original renovated workers cottage . This is perfect for a student or a city worker as it is basically on the very outskirts of the city centre. In other words, it is almost as close to the city as you can get. Just a five minute walk to parks, restaurants (many), shops and more. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest bed-room) with Shared bathroom The room is a medium sized double room with very high ceilings, perfect for one person. It is on the ground floor of the house, with access to the bathroom, kitchen,dining area that leads out to an enormous deck overlooking a tropical yard. Capacity: 1 Rates: 375.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking, no wild parties, but enjoy your stay. keep the house as clean as you find it and all is good. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after. Please do not invite anyone over unless I get to know them first. If you want to stay over with some-one, great, but definitely not in my house, thanks.
