This is a large 4 bedroom house. My 20 year old son and dog are here part time. My 24 year old daughter visits for dinner once a week. I am downstairs, I have two bedrooms upstairs to let out to international students and workers over 18 years of age. Large, clean, tidy, friendly, family home. 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining and a large backyard. Plenty of space. I have one queen bedroom and one single bedroom available, both with a desk, for females. These bedrooms share a large bathroom upstairs. Easy access to public transport:- - tram 30 metres away that takes you straight into the city in 45 minutes. - bus stop 500 meters away that takes 5 minutes to the train station - this train takes you into the city in 19 minutes. - Or you may prefer to walk through Landcox gardens to the train station. This walk takes about 15 minutes. - also easy bus rides to Monash in Clayton and Caulfield. Queen bedroom - $400 per week includes internet, electricity, gas & water Single bedroom - $375 per week includes internet, electricity, gas & water Meals can be provided at an additional cost. Next to upstairs balcony. Built in cupboards. Desk and chair can be brought into the room. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: It is important to us that you vacuum and dust your own room once a fortnight and wash your sheets once per week. And if cooking your own meals then to tidy up and clean the kitchen area straight away for the next person in the house to use. Guests are not included in the price. Friends are welcome to visit, with prior notice, however if you would like guests to say that is an additional cost.
