I offer a unique and welcoming living space that's perfect for those seeking a peaceful environment to focus on their studies or career. About the Home: Privacy and Tranquility: Our cozy homestay is designed to provide you with peace and calmness, creating an ideal environment for your personal growth and well-being. Comfy Room: Spacious 9 sqm room comes with a generous Built-In-Robe and a lovely view of trees outside the window, offering a sense of tranquility. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, ample storage cubes (16 cube-Ikea), and you have the option to include a dressing table and chair or keep it unfurnished. Essentials Included: We've got your basic needs covered. For short stays (Less than 1 month): beddings, covers, sheets, and toiletries are provided. Outdoor Retreat: Our backyard is perfect for private BBQ or simply enjoying some fresh air on the beach chair. While we don't have pets at home, you'll find adorable dogs in the neighborhood and nearby parks. Flexible Stay: Whether you're planning to stay for 1 - 20 weeks, we can work out the details to accommodate your needs. Please note that there may be plans for my parents to stay next year, but the dates are not yet confirmed. What's Nearby: Nature and Recreation: Enjoy leisurely walks in Blackburn Lake Sanctuary or Box Hill Park, or have a friendly chat with the local barista at a nearby café. Cycling Adventures: You'll have access to a bicycle courtesy of my former housemate, allowing you to explore Melbourne in style. Convenient Access: The house is conveniently located near the Eastern Freeway, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. There's a bus stop just 30 seconds away, and it's a short 3-minute drive to Box Hill. Laburnum station is within walking distance (10 mins), and during peak hours, it's only a 22-minute train ride to the city. About Me: I've had the pleasure of living with over 10 single housemates from different parts of the world, and we've created wonderful memories together. I'm well-traveled, outgoing, and a busy professional who enjoys engaging conversations over dinner and exploring new places.
