We are a friendly Vietnamese-Australian family living in Birrong, only a short walk from the train station. We offer clean, furnished private rooms for female international students. Our home is safe, comfortable and close to shops, schools and public transport. Meals can also be provided if required. We currently have up to three rooms available for female students. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Private Single Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1070.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Private Single Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1070.00 Monthly House Rules: Female students only. No smoking, no drugs and no parties. Please keep your room and shared areas clean and tidy. Please respect our family, neighbours and quiet hours, especially after 10 pm. Please let us know if you will be home late or staying out overnight. No overnight guests without prior permission. Please use electricity, water and internet responsibly.
