Self Contained Studio

We are a small family with a one year old. I am a high school teacher that has a small family. We are a welcoming family and are very flexible with you. We have a nice beautiful home that is close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. You get to live on your own in another sectioned off area. You won't be able to hear us however you are more than welcome to join us! Your self contained studio is fully furnished, has their own laundry/dryer, kitchen area, bathroom, TV, free WIFI, water. You also have your own space away. It also has a seperate entry. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Studio ) with Private bathroom You get your own: - Bed with mattress - Lounge and TV - Double built in wardrobe - Own Kitchen - Own bathroom - Own appliances (kettle, cooktop, washer/dryer, fridge and TV) - Own heater Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: As it is a self-contained studio, you do have your own entrance. As long as you are quiet after 10:00pm we are totally okay with everything else.
