Balmain Retreat with City Views

Welcome to my home in the heart of Balmain. Darling Street’s bustling cafés, restaurants and shops are right on the doorstep, yet the apartment feels peaceful and tucked away from it all. It’s a place where you can enjoy the neighbourhood's energy, then come home and slow down. The apartment is elegantly decorated, with lovely furnishings and the warmth of a real home. It’s cosy when the weather turns cold, and bright and airy on warmer days. There’s a large kitchen if you enjoy cooking, a sunny balcony, and a huge terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace is a beautiful spot to sit in the sunshine, have a meal or unwind while taking in views of the Harbour Bridge and city skyline. The photos really don’t do it justice. The bedroom is exceptionally spacious, around triple the size of a typical room. Its three large windows let in plenty of natural light and fresh air. It has a desk, bookshelf, lovely plants and a comfortable sofa lounge bed, with space to work, read and relax. Everything is furnished, so you can settle in and feel at home. I’m Sallina. I work in tech, and I’m doing a PhD, so I spend a lot of time at home cooking, studying and enjoying a quiet life with my dog, Winston. I keep the home clean and tidy, enjoy a good conversation and also appreciate personal space. I’d love to share it with someone looking for a peaceful home away from home while they’re in Sydney.
