Our house is located in Nailsworth, less than 4 km to the city center, 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, offering a safe and tranquil environment. Despite being close to the CBD, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet that our neighborhood provides. We also have a backyard, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and relaxation. We are a family of four, with our older daughter currently away as an exchange student. We have decided to rent out her room, which is spacious and full of natural light. The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, study desk, built-in wardrobe, and even a stylish chair for relaxation. We also offer free wi-fi, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The room is available now, for minimum 1 month stay. The rent is $250 per week and includes all the utilities. Room(s): 1.
