Family orientated homestay for international student

Family orientated homestay for international student. I'm a single mom. I have an 8 year old boy and a 5 months old boy. We live in a small complex close to bus line and electric train, Asian and American grocery stores; there are a lot of Asian restaurants nearby. In front of the house is a little park. If you don't mind kids and like a small family environment you're are welcome to join our family. The monthly rent is $800 per month. All utilities and internet is included. There is also printer/copy/fax that you can use. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. Washer and Dryer are available in unit. I don’t usually include meal because I only cook sometimes and only cook Vietnamese food. If you don’t mind to eat Vietnamese food, I don’t mind to cook more, include food and cook for you. I would charge $200 more for food. I can also pick you up from airport I charge $50. Please let me know if you’re interested.
