The renter will be responsible for preparation of their own meals. Please note that the renter will have exclusive use of the apartment on average 5 days/nights a week. There will be times when the other renter and the owner are also there but mostly the renter will have the apartment to themselves most of the week. Current renter of the room is a Canadian working holiday visa holder - he has been renting the room since January 2015 returning home to Canada on 13/12/15.
