There will be times when the other renter and the owner are also there but mostly the renter will have the apartment to themselves most of the week. Share with very friendly, easy going 21yo international male student from the Solomon Islands. This student attends English school once a week and is away for most of the rest of the week. This student has been in the apartment for one year and is very honest and trustworthy and very friendly. Apartment is owned by professional man who works lives and works overseas. Only responsible people will be considered. Current renter of the room is a Canadian working holiday visa holder - he has been renting the room since January 2015 returning home to Canada on 13/12/15.
