Kensington is only 10 minutes away from the city by bus, we are only 10 minutes away from UNSW by walking, and very close to Randwick, Waterloo, Surry Hills these are places with lots of shops and restaurants and are very close to the main city. Transport: There is a bus stop just outside the building with buses arriving very often to the city. Only takes 10 minutes to get to the city. Schools and Universities: We are close to UNSW, Randwick TAFE and UNSW foundation studies are only 15 minutes away by walking. Environment: Our apartment is very beautiful and new, with modern appliances and furniture. It is very quiet and clean. House: We have a 2 bedroom apartment, the room you will use is to share with another girl, she is friendly and learning English (from Japan). We are friendly people in the house, we like to talk and get along. I am an English teacher, and i like to help other to learn English. There are 3 of us in the house, me, Jessica, my husband Sebastian and Naomi our roommate. We are very friendly people and love talking to one another.
