$500/month. Room available for female, prefer student as owner is TWU student and would prefer someone with similar lifestyle. Semi-private bathroom. Quiet house. Room has bed, nightstand, desk, closet organizer. In culdesac close to Willowbrook Mall. *Shared living space is 1500, room is standard size. Owner has no pets. $500/month - incl everything but your food (cable, wifi, kitchen and laundry use...). There is a suite below with an older couple currently renting it. I occupy the upstairs and part of the downstairs. I am looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle as me - as in has no life because school takes up all my free time. I am looking for a student, not someone who has company over and is up all hours of the night. If your looking for a quiet place to live, this may work. Note: the picture of the bedroom was taken a few years ago, the current tenant has a single bed in the room which provides a lot more space but I could put the double bed back in the room if need be.
