KILIMANI AREA: - A modern apartment with 4 bedrooms all en-suit. Fit for volunteers and students on international internship. Can be let to an organization or on individual basis. The apartment can take a maximum of 7 people, 2 in each room with two beds and one person in the smaller room and a minimum of 4 people, one in each room. We have day, weekly and monthly rates. There is swimming pool, gym, lift, intercom, internet, TV's and mini fridge in each room and cleaning twice a week. This and including utility bills all factored in the cost. KILIMANI RATES: - Day rate is USD 60/- per person. Weekly rate is USD 360 per person. Monthly rate is USD 550 Per person. WESTLANDS: - A 3 bedroom apartment with one large master en-suit and two other bedroom sharing one bathroom and toilet. No swimming pool and gym. Internet, cleaning twice a week and utility bills included. Master en-suit comes with own TV. WESTLANDS RATES: - 1. Large master en-suit is USD 50 per day, USD 280 per week and USD 500 per month. 2. 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom are USD 40 per day, USD 240 per week and USD 350 per month. Rates are negotiable based on length of stay and number of people. REQUIREMENT: - 1) The name of the organization you are working with (internship/volunteering) 2) Copy of Passport and student ID. 3) Signing of the lease with the landlord.
