Salzburg 1 Room in quiet Place

Hello, Actually I am looking for second renter for this Room for. Its a 2 and a half room apartment with small kitchen part and seperate Bathroom. Internet, Tv, Food, washing machine and Garden is included. This is a Flattenement-apartment and the Place is very quiet, in Köstendorf, a small Village in the North from Salzburgcity. 5 Minutes to Busstation, where you can go to the Center of Salzburg. It takes 50Minutes to University with Bus. By Train its same cuz there is no Trainstation in the near from University. Just 5 Minutes you will come to lot of Shops and Clubs where you can buy food or something you need. The Family whos hiring me the apartment is very friendly. For taking the Bus and Train services to drive from here to Salzburg and drive with all Lines in Salzburg City you will need annual ticket it will cost you 94€(123$) Euro per Month.
