In the Malasaña neighborhood full of shops, cultural centers, museums, cafes and young people. This very well connected by bus and metro. The Complutense University is 15 minutes and several private universities. We are a couple on our 50´s. Our daughters of 26,25 years and 19 years studying and working abroad. We offer a room to share between two female college students from 18 to 30 years. The room is 24 m2 and a bathroom ensuite with lots of light and independent. Eeventually one of our daughters can come in short periods to sleep in a third bed in the loft. We love meeting new young people at home and create a familiar and international atmosphere.
