Close to Adel Uni , UniSA and Tafe campuses and West Lakes shopping centre. 3 bedroom house fully furnished and airconditioned. Quiet study location and comfortable home. Share bathroom with one other male student. I am a business analyst but was a psychology teacher for 7 years at Bradford College for international students and Adelaide University. Happy to help with English language and studies. Unlimited broadband internet. I live next door to the homestay house so you will have a lot of privacy and independence as well as support when needed. I prepare the evening meals and sometimes share it with the residents so that we can catch up and practice English or just chat. My adult son lives in the homestay house and is studying accounting - he has his own bathroom. The beach is close by and there is a jogging path around the lake and shops nearby too. Easy 9 kms to the city CBD with reliable and frequent buses. Nice place to live. Your single bedroom has a desk and student chair, lots of light and wardrobe and shelf/ storage space, bedding - sheeting, blankets and quilt provided. We both have experience with international student homestay (Chinese and Arab) and have a current police clearance. We look forward to meeting you.
