Serene and creative cottage (about 10-20 minutes to Fremantle)

Artistic, homely and fully furnished cottage in nice area for responsible, quiet, tidy and clean person - available at least until the end of June. Meals and utilities are not included. The place will be shared, minimum, with one other (coming at weekends and school holidays) and, maximum, it will have a total of three people staying overnight at any one time. Close to transport and in a very quiet neighborhood, with front and back gardens, this home will suit a non smoker who is house proud and does not have pets nor enjoys having loud parties and friends staying overnight.
