1 x lge furnished bedroom with balcony and own bathroom

Hello my name is Tatjana and many people call me Tania for short. I have a large furnished bedroom with balcony. The bedroom consists of large built in wardrobe, 1 queen size bed, side bed draws, computer table and chair, chest of draws and a tv/dvd which is connected to Foxtel. You also have your own large bathroom. I am a friendly, trustworthy female who has 2 beautiful clean trained domestic cats which are friendly as well. Looking for a friendly, quiet, student/working person who will be treated like a family member to share my townhouse which is available for long term. You must be a clean and tidy person. All linen is supplied. Free bus just down the road which goes to Uni but Innovation Campus is just down the road. My past boarders have been overseas students so I understand and respect all cultures. Please note smoking area is outside, rent is $210.00 per week plus $50 per week which covers wireless internet, electricity, gas, water and cable TV (Foxtel).
