Peruvian American family looking to rent our private bedroom and bathroom to a responsible individual. We are renting a private room with a double size bed and furnished with tv cable and wifi internet. The room is 11' x 15'. Your room is separate from the rest of the house for your privacy. You will also have your own bathroom. There is hot water for shower 24/7. Guests are welcome to use our washer. We do have animals, a dog and a cat, but they are kept away from the guest section of the house and are outside most of the time. We are located in Miraflores/Surquillo, in barrio medico neighborhood. Plaza Angamos (mall) is about a 5 minute walk, also 30 minutes walking distance to Kennedy's park, 20-25 minute drive to downtown, about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach and Larco Mar. Neighboring cities include San Isidro, San Borja, Surco,and La Molina. It is very easy to get a taxi here right outside our house. Shopping, places to eat, and banks are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. We're offering airport pick up for $25 one way or $40 for both pick up and drop off. I will personally pick you up. Please be specific when requesting airport pick up if it will be just a pick up or both pick up and drop off so we may better quote you.
