Furniture: one 4-drawer wooden dresser, two 4-shell bookcases, chair, a choice between a single bed or a double futon bed (first person renting has priority choosing the bed). 2) small furnished bedroom -- $450 -- with closet. Food -- additional $300-600 to include meals (final cost will depends on eating habits of individual; food will be the same as the family, and individual must also be able to prepare her/his own meals from food available in our home).
