Room for nonsmoking female

The flat is at very nice residential area at Ozkanlar in Bornova. The apartment building is just on the main road where buses pass. The bus stations, dolmus and taxi stations are just in front of the building. Metro station is 5min away by walk. It takes 5 mins to yasar University and 15mins Ege University by walk. There are nice restaurants, cafes, parks, and markets close to the building. There are lots of places around available for parking. It takes 5 mins to yasar University and 15mins Ege University by walk. I am a 38 yearold woman living with my mother. I speak English and Italian. I would like to host a non smoker female guest (without pets). There is wireless internet connection in the flat. The guest will have a private room with real bed, lots of storage and TV in her room. Izmir is a lovely summer city. There are lots of destinations for swimming and for sightseeing.
