Noosa has many exciting events in the coming months such as the Noosa Food & Wine Festival, Noosa Mayfiesta, Noosa Long Weekend, the famous Noosa Triathlon and Noosa Half-Marathon. Three bedrooms are currently available. All rooms are light and airy. Two feature queen-sized beds and one has two single beds. All have quality linen, ceiling fans, desks, lamps, large windows and ample wardrobe space. Shared bathroom includes a bathtub, separate shower and lots of cupboard space. The house is air-conditioned/heated with wireless internet, a 12m swimming pool, indoor and outdoor living areas and a 50-inch LCD TV with cable TV. Large laundry including washing machine and dryer, with clotheslines located just outside. Linen can be provided for an additional fee. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove-top, oven, dishwasher, large sink and large fridge. Ample fridge and pantry space. We have a toaster, kettle, blender and food processor. Parking space is available for two extra cars (one in garage, one off-road in front of house). You will be sharing the house with myself, other tenants, a very friendly dog and a cat. From $230 a week, or $80 a night. Rates do not include meals or linen, which can be provided for an additional fee.
