Cosy house in a beautiful suburb, 3 min walk to station!

You will be staying in a neat and tidy home in the heart of a beautiful suburb called Padstow. Padstow is located just 35 minutes by train to the city and has everything you need. The house is located just 3 minutes walk to the train station, a short stroll to shops and a public library practically next door to the house. You will be staying with a Christian gentleman in the main house, I am also a host who don't live there but is willing to show you around Sydney and help with you whatever you need. There is a also a friendly family who live in the grannyflat next door. Rent is $250 for one person or $400 for two people. This includes two meals a day, breakfast and dinner. If you do not want meals, then it will be $200pw for one person or $300pw for two people. All bills are included and we also have broadband unlimited internet. We welome you as part of our family.
