Maple Ridge - 1 Minute walk from Thomas Haney High School

Home in Maple Ridge is located 2 km from Thomas Haney High School (attached ESL programs), within easy walking distance of downtown Maple Ridge which has 2 shopping malls, a great recreation center with pool, restaurants and an Arts Centre. I am a high school tutor and live here with my partner, Milly, who runs a small business and our 2 children, a 20 year old daughter, and a 23 year old son (who's not around much). We are a friendly family, and expect some social interaction with home stay guests. I do a lot of the cooking and everyone assists with cooking and cleaning up after cooking. We have a standard poodle, a labradoodle, and a cat. There is a large back yard, with trampoline. Accommodation is a 10'X10' bedroom (~9 square metres or 100 square feet) on the main floor, containing desk, bed, and dresser. There is wireless internet access available at no extra charge. Guest has free access to rest of house and yard, with the exception of bedrooms. Lakes, rivers, and outdoor hikes are close by, with Golden Ears Park, Alouette and Pitt Lake, and the Alouette River all within a 20 km radius.
