large double room sharing

Our house is near the Randwick spot and Coogee beach, walking about 15 min, driving about 3 min. There are a number of schools near our place such as University of NSW (10 min by bike, & 20 min by walking), Randwick high school( (5min), and Coogee primary. Our house is surrounded by the large garden and your room would look into the small garden. If you like to make your hands dirty with garden work, you are most welcome. We are University academics with 2 children (age 8 and 9). We are relatively quite except playing the piano on weekend due to the busy life style but lucky to have the large parks near our place. We also have the plenty of buses around our places to go everywhere such as city, and bondi. As far as I know the bus goes until the midnight. I prefer to do washing for the student as things are easy to sort with bulk and fast internet is connected in the room(wired and wireless). We eat various style such as Asian or Europe or Australian dishes but if you like to cook your self. It is welcome, too. Previously we worked for ACT government to host Chinese students under the age 18 in Canberra. The room is for two people ideally brothers or sisters and the price is per person.
