Close to University of Alberta, Grant Macewan south, other schools, and shopping, our large, beautiful home is about 1 minute from the bus stop, in a quiet south/southwest neighborhood. Fast easy access to various parts of the city because it is close to LRT (train)terminal, bus stops, and freeway. Shopping, schools, exercise and swimming facilities, and parks are within walking distance. Almost a separate suite, you have a private bathroom, fully furnished room, and kitchenette. High speed wireless internet and utilities are included. The family room has a fireplace. The furnished basement has a pool (snooker) table, fooseball, air hockey, and large screen media. Meals and price negotiable--if you want meals included, price is more ($600 /mo. without meals, but with a kitchenette). We accommodate your preferences. Backyard has large trees, firepit, and barbecue. No smoking inside the house, but can smoke outside. We look forward to meeting you.
