Beautiful Brand New Home in Executive Neighbourhood

Welcome to the Sparrows' Nest...a fresh new homestay experience! We are pleased to offer the finest hospitality to our homestay guests! We are located in the quiet and very desirable Clayton Heights neighbourhood. We are located three blocks from Clayton Heights Secondary School, grocery stores, restaurants, a very good pub and several large parks. One bus will take you either to Surrey Central Station or to Langley City. Your hosts, Heather and Glenn, are both native born Caucasian Canadians who speak unaccented Canadian English. In addition, Heather loves to show tourists and new residents around our beautiful province, and can arrange great trips for students at great rates! Our home is tastefully furnished and only seven years old. Our accomodations include all bedrooms above ground, a classroom area on the main floor where you can study with the assistance of your host, Heather, who is a fully accredited BC teacher. You can enjoy delicious home-style meals with your host family and fellow student guests and then relax while watching movies, TV and news on a big screen tv. Because we specialise in ADULT homestay guests (minimum age 16, please!) you need not worry about noisy children disrupting your studies. We do have a large and friendly dog who would love to take you for walks with him! Whether you are looking to acquaint yourself with Canadian life, improve your English, or just have a family-style vacation in Canada, we can accomodate you at Sparrows' Nest!
