10 min walk to everything Bankstown has to offer

Looking for female student and/or professional to rent furnished room in 3 bedroom townhouse in Bankstown at $125 pw and utilities will be split 3 ways maybe 4 ways if we decide to take an extra border in as well. At the moment there are two rooms to choose from in this newly renovated TH , House is 10min walk to shops, buses and station. My wife is chinese/Cambodian and cooks a lot of traditional meals so if ur of asian background or love chinese/thai/khmer food u will already have one foot in the door but we are open to all nationalities.
