We are seeking students to share our home in Riverwood. Australian family, 10years+ experience with home stay. Our 2 children are studying at a Selective High School and an Opportunity Class School. Neat house in quiet location, very close to shops and transport, both bus and train. Family friendly quiet and safe accommodation. We have a peaceful backyard with barbeque facilities. The available room is a bright, sunny and fully furnished (or not as required), includes internet access. Can be a single or twin share, if 2 students want to share @ $200 per person pw negotiable + bond required. Utilities and Internet included. Meals not included. Our home is 2 min walk to rail station and shopping centres. 25 mins by train for easy access to city. Min stay is 12 weeks. Assistance with Studies. Preference given to females
