Montreal - 10 minute bus ride to downtown area

I am a mother of 3 mature sons, my 18 year is presently will with me. My other 2 sons are living on their own. We enjoy our Sunday family dinners together. My partner and my self are interested in sharing our 7 1/2 room home. We have 2 fully furnished bedrooms available. We are located in the heart of the down-town area. Transportation by bus, subway and walking 15 to maximum 30 minutes to see many interesting sites, museums and excursions.
