Professional bilingual French English couple (some Spanish) with 2 teenage daughters (one away at university) have large room in single family home available for winter and or fall terms (January thru May and or September thru December). Summer availability to be determined. 1/2 block from Laurier Metro Station; 10 minute by Metro to downtown universities (UQAM, McGill, Concordia); 15 minute by direct bus route to Université de Montréal; 2 minutes from pharmacy and 24hr convenience store; 5 minute walk from large grocery store; 3 blocks from very large park (soccer, baseball, swimming, etc); 2 minutes from Yoga centre and healthy café restaurant; Next to bike path; Large room with high ceiling and balcony (single family victorian greystone house with yard); Tastefully furnished (bed, desk, closet, dresser, etc,) with quality linens provided; High speed wireless internet included; If necessary, can help with English or French homework and provide cultural outings to museums, galleries, theatre, maple syrup sugering off in the spring, x-country skiing, etc.) Female student preferred.
