City Centre - 2 minutes walking distance to bus stop

We have a two rooms available, first one is a single room with wardrobe, drawers and bed side table. The second room has twin beds with wardrobes, drawers, bedside table and television. We have a back garden which in the summer we often have BBQ's. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walking distance, train station 15 minutes walk and the main bus staion is 25 minutes walking didtance for our house. Myself and my husband have no children but we have two cats called Maggie and Dave,
